Agriculture Loans

American National Bank of DeKalb County is committed to the most important industry in rural America. We've remained strong, and maintained our relationship to our agricultural lending customers through the many peaks and valleys of the agricultural economic cycles.
We can provide working capital for your operation. Funds are advanced based on the availability of current assets as collateral, such as livestock, feed and grain, accounts receivable and hedging account equity. Operating loan commitments are made for a term of one year and are monitored with monthly borrowing base certificates, on-site inspections (frequency determined for each borrower) financial statements and tax returns. Interest rates are variable, and are determined by your financial condition.
Machinery & Equipment Loans provide funds for you to maintain and expand your facilities. Advance rates are determined by type of collateral, and loan commitments are made for terms in accordance with the useful life of the collateral.
